Built on a Chevrolet Avalanche platform, TCOMM has been custom configured to provide immediate capability into the most austere environments in just minutes. On-board VehiclePower™ 6-kW underhood generator and shore power (with auto transfer switch) provides TCOMM with several options for power in any condition. This nimble, yet rugged platform allows responders to get communications to the heart of the incident, whether it is an urban jungle or the deep wilderness where no infrastructure exists.

Technology shouldn’t slow down response time. TCOMM is easy to setup and does not require a network technician or IT specialist. Access to phones, data systems and video teleconference is quickly achieved over satellite whether the need is for a few hours or a few weeks. Designed for teams requiring a large amount of connectivity in a small, quickly deployable format, the TCOMM is geared for Urban Search & Rescue (USAR), SWAT or any other quick-response team. 

Robust Connectivity - Powered by TICS®

TCOMM is powered by ICS Tactical Incident Communication System TICS®, a portable and robust system that provides the communications backbone to the unit. Equipped with a Tracstar 960 VSAT antenna and ICS Tactical-IP^TM satellite service, TCOMM is capable of  up to 5Mb/s x 2Mb/s VSAT broadband connectivity. Once up and running, TCOMM provides an internet connection supporting IP Phones, computers, and radio interoperability gateways, while also having the capability to connect to the PSTN, Cellular Gateways or most any other IP-based resource.

First responders don’t have time or money to spare, so we offer a variety of packages and pricing on the system and can include satellite and voice services from the start. This approach gives you economical options on emergency communications recurring expenses.
